Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights when you use StringSound.

1. Information We Collect

• Account (only if you sign in): when you use Sign in with Apple (on Apple devices) or Google Sign-In (on Android devices), we receive a unique user identifier and, if you allow it, an email address. We never receive your password.
• Purchase & entitlement: product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase date, subscription expiration date and status. All payments are handled by the Apple App Store (on Apple devices) or Google Play (on Android devices); we never see your card details.
• Device identifier: a random identifier generated on first launch and stored on your device. It is used to sync your purchase before you sign in and to restore your entitlements after reinstalling the app. It contains no hardware information and is not used for advertising.

2. How We Use It

• To provide, sync and restore your premium features, including across devices and after reinstalling.
• To validate purchases and handle renewals, refunds and expirations.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not include third-party advertising SDKs.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not collect your location, contacts or photos. The microphone is used only for real-time pitch detection in the tuner, and audio is never recorded or uploaded.

4. Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on secure cloud servers.
• All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
• We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

5. Third-Party Services

• Apple Inc. — on Apple devices: Sign in with Apple and App Store in-app purchases and subscriptions, subject to the Apple Privacy Policy.
• Google LLC — on Android devices: Google Sign-In (account authentication) and Google Play in-app purchases and subscriptions, subject to the Google Privacy Policy. We only receive the purchase token and product details needed to verify your purchase; Google handles the payment itself.
• We do not share your data with any other third party except as required by law.

6. Retention & Your Rights

• Account data is kept while your account exists.
• You can delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Delete account. This removes your account record, sign-in bindings and entitlement records from our servers.
• You may also request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us; we respond within 30 days.

本政策说明在使用 StringSound 时，我们会收集哪些信息、如何使用与保护这些信息，以及您享有的权利。

一、我们收集的信息

• 账号信息（仅在您主动登录时）：在 Apple 设备上使用 Apple 登录、或在 Android 设备上使用 Google 登录时，我们会收到平台提供的唯一用户标识符，以及您授权共享的邮箱地址（如有）。我们不会获取您的账号密码。
• 购买与权益信息：商品标识符、交易编号、购买时间、订阅到期时间与订单状态。付款分别由 Apple App Store（Apple 设备）或 Google Play（Android 设备）处理，我们不会接触您的支付卡信息。
• 设备标识符：首次运行时在设备上生成的随机标识符，用于在未登录时同步购买、以及在卸载重装后恢复权益。它不包含硬件信息，也不用于广告。

二、我们如何使用这些信息

• 提供、同步与恢复高级功能权益（含跨设备与重装后恢复）。
• 校验购买有效性，处理续订、退款与过期。
• 保障服务安全、防止滥用。

三、我们不会做的事

• 不将您的数据用于广告，也不接入第三方广告 SDK。
• 不出售、出租您的个人信息。
• 不收集您的位置、通讯录与照片；麦克风仅用于调音器实时音高检测，不录音、不上传。

四、存储与安全

• 您的数据存储于安全的云服务器。
• 应用与服务端之间的通信均使用 HTTPS/TLS 加密。
• 我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护您的数据。

五、第三方服务

• Apple（Apple Inc.） —— 在 Apple 设备上提供 Apple 登录与 App Store 内购/订阅，受 Apple 隐私政策约束。
• Google（Google LLC） —— 在 Android 设备上提供 Google 登录（账号认证）与 Google Play 内购/订阅，受 Google 隐私政策约束。我们仅接收校验交易所必需的购买令牌与商品信息，付款过程由 Google 完成。
• 除法律法规要求外，我们不会向其它第三方共享您的数据。

六、数据保留与您的权利

• 账号数据在账号存在期间保留。
• 您可以在 App 内直接注销账号：设置 → 注销账号，我们会删除账号记录、登录绑定关系与权益记录。
• 您也可以随时通过邮箱请求查询或删除您的数据，我们将在 30 天内处理。

七、政策更新

如政策发生重大变更，我们会在此页面更新并修订生效日期。
